Skyline Serenity isn’t a portfolio. It’s one cabin, run with focus. Every booking matters, every guest matters, and every detail is handled by people who care about the outcome, not just the next reservation.

We’ve spent years thinking about what makes a short stay feel like a real escape. The result is a cabin run with the warmth of a private host and the consistency of a hotel, without the corporate edges of either.

The Team

A small team. Real people. One cabin.

Skyline Serenity is run by Kathy and a small team at Blue Titan Real Estate. We’re owner operators, which means the people who answer your messages are the same people who built this cabin from the ground up.

We don’t outsource hospitality. We don’t run a portfolio of dozens of properties. Skyline Serenity is the cabin we put our name on, and we treat every booking like we’d want our own family treated.

What We Believe

Four things we won't compromise on.

These are the rules we run the cabin by. They’re written down because they’re worth being held to.

Honesty

What we say on the listing is what you get when you arrive. The same bed count. The same view. The same Wi-Fi speed.

Responsiveness

Slow responses are how guest experiences fall apart. We aim to reply within a few hours, every time.

Quality

We’d rather host fewer guests well than more guests adequately. The cleaning standard is non-negotiable.
